Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated delivery times:
UK orders: 2–5 business days
International orders: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
